Custom Systems and Controls has handled a wide variety of projects since first being in business. In addition to full turnkey systems, CSC can also provide retrofit solutions into existing machines.

Listed below are a few examples of CSC's past projects:

			Band Saw - Controls Retrofit A Marking System that included multiple custom fixtures to hold the wide array of parts to be marked. The fixtures were capable of accurately holding, and if necessary, rotating multiple parts at the same time. Included was a custom application that allowed the customer to store marking recipes for each part that could be recalled by a simple bar-code.
			MCVD - Deposition Controls A Marking System that included multiple custom fixtures to hold the wide array of parts to be marked. The fixtures were capable of accurately holding, and if necessary, rotating multiple parts at the same time. Included was a custom application that allowed the customer to store marking recipes for each part that could be recalled by a simple bar-code.
			Blood Filter Wash Station A Wafer Marking System designed to Class 100 Clean Room specifications. The system included a pre-aligner and wafer handling robot to ensure all requirements from the client were met.
			Fiber Optic Overclad Designed to automate laboratory work and reduce the time for cell culture process optimization, this high throughput multi-sample Osmometer incorporates eight computer controlled osmometers and a robotic pick and place sample handling system.
